CLOOP UNIVERSE TECH LTD was incorporated in Nigeria on 13 August 2026 as a private company limited by shares, registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission under RC 9771867.
We exist because of a gap that anyone who has commissioned software in this market will recognise: the developer blames the designer, the designer blames the brief, the hosting vendor is unreachable, and the business owner is left holding a half-finished system nobody will own.
CLOOP is built the other way round. Software, web, mobile, cloud, data, design, marketing and AI sit inside one company, under one contract, with one person accountable for the outcome. The name is the promise: a closed loop, where what we build keeps getting better after it goes live instead of quietly rotting.
We put that to the test on our own products. Paidly, Get Any Number and MyEstateAccess were designed, built, launched and are operated by this team — so the support load, the uptime and the cost of every shortcut land on us. It is a useful discipline, and it is why we are careful about what we recommend to clients.
We are early in our story and we are candid about that. What we bring is engineering discipline, clear pricing, and the kind of attention a new company can give that a large one cannot.
